Registration & Cancellation Policies

Payment POLICY: 

Full payment for classes is due at the time of registration.

 

CANCELLATION & Refund POLICY:  

CMG Foundation may cancel any class due to insufficient registration and issue you a full refund. All refunds will be made to the credit card used to place the initial order. 

CMG Training Courses: Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 7 business days in advance of the class. Registration may be transferred to another class, depending on availability.

Co-Parenting Workshop: Refunds are not available. Registration may be transferred to a different class, depending on availability.

CINERGY Workshop: Refunds are not available for cancellations made after the registration deadline UNLESS a replacement attendee is found by the original registrant. Refunds are not available for full or partial days missed. 

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:

Classes may be delayed or cancelled due to inclement weather conditions. Information will be provided via email and our voicemail greeting in the event of severe weather. If classes are delayed, instructors will make every effort to make up time by reducing break times or extending the class day. If classes are cancelled, participants may re-register for another available session.
