This workshop is designed for HR professionals, business and church leaders, mediators, law enforcement, psychologists, social workers and others who work with people in conflict.

About Conflict Management Coaching
Conflict management coaching is a specialized one-on-one process to develop skills and strategies to better engage in, manage, and productively resolve conflict. In the workplace, Conflict Coaches assist leaders in reducing the high cost of conflict by developing their conflict management skills in order for them to effectively manage their own interpersonal disputes:
- Conflict management coaching is very useful as an early intervention strategy, in situations where parties may not be ready or able to bring the conflict into the open, or where there are habitual patterns of destructive conflict.
- Conflict management coaching can also be used to prepare people to engage more effectively in negotiation, mediation, relational conflict, and change.
About CINERGY® Conflict Management Coaching
The CINERGY® model of conflict management integrates executive coaching, conflict management, and neuroscience principles. It is a dynamic seven stage process that is specifically designed to help clients improve their conflict management skills and abilities according to each person’s individual and specific goals.

About the trainers
Cinnie Noble, C.M., B.S.W., LL.B., LL.M. (ADR) has studied and practiced in the field of conflict management for over 20 years. She has undergraduate degrees in law and social work and a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is a certified coach (PCC) and mediator (C.Med). Cinnie is also certified to deliver the Conflict Dynamics Profile®. A graduate of Coach U, Cinnie has served on the Board of the International Coach Federation Toronto Chapter and as the co-host of the International Coach Federation’s Community of Practice on Conflict Management Coaching for 8 years.
Conflict management coaching is provided worldwide by Cinnie and her associates through CINERGY® Coaching, a division of Noble Solutions Inc., a full service conflict management firm. CINERGY® Coaching also conducts Conflict Management Coaching Workshops to teach this model to mediators, HR professionals, psychologists, social workers, business and church leaders, lawyers, and others who work with people in conflict. The workshops have been accredited by the International Coach Federation, various law societies, and mediation organizations.
Janie Neff is certified by the Coaches Training Institute as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. She has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and advanced coach training in Organization and Relationship Systems. Janie is also trained as a Transformative Mediator.
Janie brings much talent to the CINERGY® team. She is highly skilled in conflict management, relationship building, and empowering people to achieve their goals. With extensive experience as a business owner and entrepreneur, Janie’s professionalism comes through in her role as a coach and coach-mentor. This is well mixed with her gentle, clear, and kind way of communicating. Janie’s belief in peoples’ innate abilities and strengths pervades her work, instilling optimism and insight.
Become a CINERGY® Certified Conflict Management Coach
Workshop participants have the option of being assessed to become a CINERGY® Certified Conflict Management Coach. This assessment generally takes place within three months of completing the workshop, once participants have practiced the model. The evaluation is two hours and involves coaching one of CINERGY®’s Competency Assessors. Participants are assessed according to core competencies provided at the training.
