About CMG Foundation

CMG Foundation is a non-profit organization founded to help resolve disputes amicably in our community by offering affordable alternative dispute resolution solutions and training for individuals, businesses, communities and schools.  

We believe that a healthy, collaborative approach to conflict resolution helps to preserve families and build a stronger community.  We want our community to grow and develop a better approach to conflict resolution and halt the growing trend of violence as a solution to conflict.

Director Morna Ellis founded Commonwealth Mediation Group, Inc. (CMG) in 1996 to bring alternative dispute resolution to the Virginia area. We hope our years as CMG and the expertise that we have gained will help CMG Foundation develop a more wholesome approach to conflict within our community.  We look forward to this opportunity.
